Vinbaren’s wine school
This summer Vinbaren will be offering wine courses for you wine lovers who want to immerse yourselves in a world of different wine cultures and taste experiences.
The courses will provide a broad basic knowledge of flavour profiles, different varieties of grapes and famous wine regions.
At the end of the course, you’ll feel better equipped to evaluate, choose and enjoy wine.
The courses are conducted by Götaplatsgruppen’s sommelier Joseph Mounayer, President of the Lebanese Association of Sommeliers. He is head judge of the Cervim Mondial des Vins Extrêmes competition for wines from “heroic” wine-growing areas and a judge of the Citadelles du Vin international wine competition in Bordeaux.
Joseph has an extensive knowledge of wine built up over many years. He is also a wine importer and has a great passion for everything to do with wine.
